A doctor who speaks from his own patients will convince his peers faster than you ever will.
In my experience, a reference doctor is not found. He is built, step by step, and honestly.
- Choose well: a respected doctor who already sees the value.
- Earn the experience: support his first patients with follow-up and quick answers.
- Listen to his results, and accept the honest answer.
- Never script him. His view must be in his own words.
- Invite properly: speaker roles go through medical affairs and a formal agreement.
- Support the meeting: small, approved, education first.
- Keep it honest: if his view changes, respect it.
- Thank without gifts: your thanks is a kept promise.
Shortcuts here are dangerous. A doctor who feels used, or a meeting that looks like a favour, costs you far more than it ever earns.
“A reference doctor is built by his patients' results, not by your favours.”
